I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Tokyo. Exceptional location near Tamachi Station made exploring the city a breeze, and the staff provided outstanding service. The only drawback was the lack of a natural light mirror in the room, which would have been helpful.

great location but the room could use better lighting
The hotel is ideally located right next to Tamachi Station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff’s attention to detail truly enhanced our stay, as they were always responsive and friendly. The city view from our room was breathtaking, especially during sunset.

missingWrote a review on 25 Junlimited gym
The room had no bathtub, only a sleek shower, which might not satisfy everyone's bathing needs. The gym is quite small, limited to two treadmills, an elliptical, and a bike, making it less than ideal for fitness enthusiasts. There was a strange smell in the room, and if you shut the curtains for privacy, the room felt a bit like a cave. The late-night room service ended too early at 20:30 hours, and once I attempted to order food, it was sold out. Breakfast chaos took over 30 minutes just for two soft-boiled eggs, which is a bit excessive.

The location near Tamachi Station made exploring the city a breeze, with quick access to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The staff were exceptional, especially at check-in, with personalized attention that truly stood out. The indulgent pastries at breakfast added a delightful touch to the dining experience. However, the lack of natural light in the room was disappointing, and while the bed was comfortable, the lobby area felt quite crowded at times, detracting from the overall ambiance.

Perfect Spot for the Business Traveler
I gotta say, the staff here were something special. They anticipated my needs, always having extra water in my room without me even asking, and the breakfast spread was just incredible—not just the typical stuff, but fresh and varied.
Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap but still alright.

The local food scene near Pullman is a treasure! I devoured comforting bowls of ramen at Taishu Sakaba Beetle just a hop away. Breakfast at the hotel was a full spread, absolutely worth every yen! Plus, the staff pumped up the experience, always smiling and prompt in their service.
A bit of a bummer, there was no natural light mirror in the room and the lobby felt like a bustling market.

The location made it easy to hit up iconic spots like the Shibuya Crossing and Ueno Park. The workout area on the ninth floor was awesome, and the views were stunning. Staff were friendly, always ready to help, and breakfast was a solid spread to start the day.
One downside was the lobby felt a bit too crowded at times, which made check-in a little hectic.

I really enjoyed my stay. the room was super clean, and the blackout blinds were a lifesaver for catching up on sleep. Just a heads up, the room service stops a bit early, but it didn't ruin my overall great experience! 😊
